Ingredients
- cumin seeds(jeera)
- coriander seeds(dhania)
- cardamom(elaichi)
- black pappercorns(kalimirch)
- cinnamon stick(dalchini)
- cloves(laung)
- nutmeg(jaiphal)
- fennel(saunf)
- bay leaves(tejpatta)
Method
- set the pan on heat ( medium)
- place all the whole spice
- dry roast them( 2 to 5 minutes)
- transfer the roasted spices intospice grinder
- place the mixture in an airtight container and store in a cool dry place.
- And thats it your garam masala is ready.
