Vegetable momois a vegetarian Tibetan dish famous as a street snack. Momos are a type of dumpling.Today i will share the steamed version of it ,so ou can say it's a healthy form of snacking.so let's start.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour/ maida 2cup
- 2tbsp oil( for dough)
- Water 1/2 cup
- Cabbage1small (grated)
- Ginger 2inch piece(grated)
- Onion chopped
- Carrot grated
- salt to taste
- Blackpepper 1 table spoon
- soy sauce
- chilli sauce
- Add maida ,oil 2tbsp,and salt ina bowl.
- mix them all and prepare a soft dough by adding water as needed.cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Set a pan ,add oil to heat then add chopped onion,garlic, ginger and saute for 30 sec. add all vegetable (cabbage,carrot)and salt fry them for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and chilli sauce and black pepper powder mix them all together.
- knead the dough again for a minutes and divide into 2 equal portions.give each portion a round shape and divide them in small portions and flatten them.
- place one small portion on rolling board and roll it out into thin disc.
- place 1 tablespoon filling in center,lift the edge from one side and start pleating join them in centre to seal it.
- prepare all momos in similar way.
- Now grease a steamer plate with oil and place the momos.
- heat 2 glass of water in steamer over medium flame.
- place stand in the steamer and place momo plate over it. coverthe steamer and steam them for 6 to 7 minutes over medium heat until they look translucent .
- Then remove the lid and tranfer them to a serving plate and serve them with momos chutney
